I was born and raised on the island of Oʻahu, Hawaii, where a strong sense of community and connection shaped my early years. Shortly after graduating from high school, I joined the U.S. Navy. While my time in service was brief, it proved to be formative. It was there that I discovered a genuine passion for connecting with people, understanding their stories, and learning what motivates them.
After returning home, I pursued a variety of roles to support myself, gaining experience across multiple industries — from window cleaning and banking to inside sales. Ultimately, I spent the final 15 years of my corporate career working in Information Technology. While these roles provided valuable skills and insight, being laid off during the holiday season prompted a deeper reflection on my career path and made it clear that returning to the traditional corporate environment was no longer aligned with my goals.
Today, I serve as a Career Ownership Coach®, committed to helping military personnel and corporate professionals gain clarity, recognize their strengths, and explore opportunities that align with their values and long-term vision. I am passionate about guiding individuals as they transition into leadership, ownership, and purpose-driven work. If you’re ready to begin the next chapter of your professional journey, I would be honored to help you take that next step.
